Cant make a booking for next week?

Dear All,

I am trying to make a booking from MAN-HKG for some point next week. The website keeps reporting problems and giving me tracking numbers.

I have tried several computers / browsers and the same problem.

An example is this:

Tracking Reference Number : 2Lv0Py!-1584603415

Soon I will choose another airline to book with.

Anyone else with similar issues?

An unhappy "non-flyer" at present.

Eventually managed to make a booking.

Somebody even called me today and asked if I had managed to sort out the problem and was prepared to get me through to reservations.

Anyway a few days in Hong KOng over half term will be good.
