SQ to restore 3rd freq to FCO year-round

As per the yesterday's update through GDS SQ plans to restore the 3rd frequency (on Tu) to/from Rome eff from 24MAR12 (S12's beginning).
SIN-FCO always used to be a 3 weekly service year-round, but due to financial crisis begun in 2008 in the last 3 years it went down to 2xw (Fr/Su) with a 3rd freq operated just between late June and late October (for the Italian summer peak).
This time it seems to operate 3xw y-r once again (available for the next winter season W12/13 as well).
