Hi All,
I just joined this forum and hopefully can get some questions answered:
(1) Where are the SQ transfer Counters located in T2 and T3? How many are there? These are for transit passengers only? How does it function?
(2) SQ is operating in T2 and T3. Does this mean SQ uses all Boarding Gates at both T2 and T3? Or dedicated ones?
(3) I read from the website that check-in facilities is available in the SQ First Class Lounge. This First Class passenger does not require to queue at the counters? Or there is a special counter for First Class in the lounge I suppose? How many of such counters in T2 and T3 First Class lounge?
(4) Is the SQ Lost and Found counter located at T2 only? This handles for all SQ flights?
(5) I heard that Ion and Marina Bay Sands have self-service check-in services for passengers? Do they also have got baggage transfer services? This will be cool!
