Visa Signature Upgrade offer

Has anyone got any idea what the story is with this offer. T+C's say that the eligible fare basis code is ZRSG, however on the SQ website I can only book a J class fare (SIN-LHR) with basis code DRSG. I've tried it with SIN-SYD and have DRSG as the fare basis code too

• Purchase an eligible Business Class (Fare Basis Code: ZRSG) ticket on Singapore Airlines (from your travel agent or singaporeair.com) with your Visa Signature card, and upgrade to First Class/Suites at special rates

Validity Period
• Promotion period is valid from 1 April to 30 June 2011.
• Travel period is valid from 1 April to 30 September 2011.

Booking Channel
• Purchase your Business Class (Fare Basis Code: ZRSG) ticket from any appointed agent or singaporeair.com.
