PS. Dinner was actually quite nice and unlike some previous posters, the salmon dish was fine catered from the CDG kitchen. The only thing that bugged me is the continued “eye rolls” that I got when I tried to ask for more than one choice of dessert. Before Covid-19, Air Canada has this cheese and fruit plate, along with dessert. It should NEVER be an issue when I asked for all three dessert. It is never “OR” and if every single passenger asked for all three, there should be enough to go around the whole cabin.
The pre-arrival light meal was fine, but I don’t understand why the bread roll has to be served chilled and, in a wrap, when the main meal featured warm bread rolls served from a basket. Was it too much to ask for freshly warmed breads for the second meal service too.
