I presume you'll be using KF miles. If so, then LHR-SIN would not be difficult when using a Standard award (assuming you're willing to blow so many miles on it). SIN-PER does not have F, you'll have to 'suffer' in C. But as its new regional C, you can use Saver award.
Alternatively, you could use other *A options such as TG via BKK
