The first of January is a start of a new year, It is also a sad day seeing zero elite miles in many FFPs as well as hotel programs. I see my UA MP drops down to zero; LH M&M as well as DL, NW.
Such a sad day.

Indeed, a most disconcerting phenomenon. AAdvantage and Starwood accounts in my case. Though starting the mileage threadmill early this year with a short weekend trip to CNS today.
