I am booked to arrive at ICN from LHR (
...) and then have over 3 hours before my flight to PUS. I could shuttle over to GMP and get to Busan an hour earlier but I'm arriving later in the day so I won't be doing much that evening anyway.
I have flow from GMP to various places in Korea but I have always done this after being in Seoul, never straight from an international flight. The main thing that concerns me is there are very few domestic flights from ICN (just two a day to PUS rather annoyingly) so I don't want to get forced into some poxy waiting area unable to do anything.
I would appreciate hearing from anyone with any experience of this. I could have routed via TG BKK but the additional flying time and then 5 hours on one of their dreaded AB6's meant I had to take the lesser of two evils and face a transit at LHR.
