I seem to be unable to access the pre-booking of meals website. After entering my eticket number and last name, I got directed to a page saying premium meals booking currently unavailable.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Will it help to call their office and make requests? I'm thinking it might not work of they are also accessing the same portal and maybe experience the same problem as I did.
