The beared man has been renowned for making statements which have statements that are not fully followed through or have the opposite intention to what it is perceived to be.

There is no doubt this has been anticipated(BMI sent out prepared emails within 5 hours of public announcements.) but i *** think they have done enough to fulfil the domestic concerns. ie, over 50% of lhr slots controlled effectively by BA/IAG group.

It wouldn't be good at all, as LH will not continute to prop BD up to the tune it is costing them daily and if this got delayed I would expect them to liquidate them, and there will go everyone's miles and bookings.

I called today to cancel a booking and got an English lady not the Pune call centre.

Calls could have been rerouted to Donnington Hall to handle the overflow.

I see a memo here that says, "BMI Diamond Club Members will be converted to Miles and More with miles and status being migrated..." Oops, this was dated May 2010 and I guess it was never implemented... A Supervisor has informed me that you'll just have to wait until the 20th to see what happens.

I had my hopes up there for a good 15 seconds!

I'm just relieved that this outcome appears to ensure that we'll be able to actually travel on our BD-issued redemptions for end of year... Being a natural worrier and all.

They were still encouraging me to book whatever I wanted, so I burnt another 45k and now I'm left with 3k so it's time to credit elsewhere now
