No.

You've actually got it the other way around: most FFPs DO NOT allow one way redemptions.

I think you can manage to get a one-way of sorts with ANA. As far as I know, they're open jaw rule isn't correctly enforced with online bookings so for example you could book: BKK-LHR open-jaw HKT-BKK. So by adding the small sector on the end you only add just a few hundred miles and still be in the same mileage band as the one-way.

I think this is or atleast was the case.
