PETALING JAYA – A Malaysia Airlines (MAS) air stewardess was found dead in a hotel at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport early Friday morning.

Chin Swee Len, 34, had flown to the Dutch capital on Tuesday and was supposed to have returned to Kuala Lumpur yesterday.

The cause of death has yet to be ascertained.

Her body was said to have been found by hotel employees.

        Sad.

I see them regularly in their hotel in Amsterdam as I stay there as well.

This is really, really sad news. May she rest in peace. Thoughts and prayers are with the family of the stewardess. Hope whoever is responsible (if anyone else is involved) for this pays for the crime.

Radiison Amsterdam is a 5 star establishment and shouldnt it have security cameras?

I'll go out on a limb, and say that relevent security footage (if available) would have been taken into police custody to be scruitinised.

Not sure where you've got that Hotel from because unless they have changed hotels very recently that's not where they stay.

Maybe they don't stay there but The Radisson is quoted by Bernama.

MAS reported that they will change the crew's hotel in AMS, could they have confused it with the new hotel?

Have seen them many times in Raddison before. This hotel is not very far from Schipol.

                          Ah, that would explain inaccuracies.

To be fair the article mentions staff from the Radisson found her, it doesn't say she was staying there.

Really ?. Are you sure about that ?.

I know where the Radisson is, but I can assure you that's not where I have seen them a dozen or so times in the last few years, and had a chat or two with a few of them while I was staying in the same hotel.

They may have changed hotels time and around and its quite common to see airlines going back to 'new' hotel that they would have stayed previously before.

Hey guys can anyone confirm for us where do they actually stay in AMS currently?

Ah, I see. That's how it works.

Maybe that explains why you keep seeing them in the Radisson and I keep seeing them elsewhere.

I thought you said you regularly see them in the Radisson ?.
