why it is impossible to book Asiana on their website?

Hi Everyone

I ve been trying to book asiana on their website for my trip to NY, but seems their website can not accomodate it. Any one experience the same thing? I tried also to book from travel in Jakarta as i am based in Jakarta but none of travel agents in Jakarta sell asiana ticket. So now i am thingking to book through tavel agent in Sin, for Sin-NY-Sin. Anyone can suggest me good travel agent in Sin that i can contact? (Tried zuji, not working to get me Asiana). Many thanks guys !

Try calling them to check who can issue their tickets. Or maybe they can even do it with 'special' fares too.

Phone Asiana directly.

I called them a couple of weeks ago and my whole trip was sorted in ten minutes, with assigned seats and everything. It was also cheaper than any agent I got.

Many thanks indeed for your kind advise. Appreciate it very much. Tried to call Asiana Jakarta office, unfortunately they have closed their office in Jakarta. I will call their office in Singapore then ..
