I don't know if the price will go down on the day of departure but S$270 sounds like a good deal for a return upgrade to business to me.

At the airport it will most like be the same price... or it could be higher.. the airport might charge you the diff between full J and the fare you paid which will be higher than the special for a return on offer now.
