Cabin with a dense fog..??

This was happened on my flight with Mandala Airlines (RI363) BDJ-SUB few days ago.
I know it's normal to have a misty cabin due the Air Con condensation.
But this time, not just a mist, but a heavy dense fog. And it was all the way until we reached the cruising altitude.
And it was happened again when we begun the landing procedure.
Is that normal? Has any one experienced this before??

Maybe someone was having the urge to smoke a puff and it influenced everyone else to have a puff as well

some AKmorning flights also have this but not as dense due to its higher air-conditioning speed but is good thing is that the cabin be cold esp when its hot weather outside.
