Will AirAsia X be the launch customer for the new Cirrus reverse herringbone seat in the Far East?

IMHO, the problem with AirAsia X is that it is a LCC, so whatever product it is introducing, it will be perceived at low cost as well. Well, who knows? Maybe they will be successful this time around with their premium product.

Didn't realise Virgin had a stake in AirAsia so, indirectly SQ is competing again with MH.

IIRC it is Virgin Group which owns a stake in Air Asia and not Virgin Atlantic Airlines.

but anyway SQ still have a 49% stake in Virgin airline as it was unable to unload it.
