Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe KE's new Y seats are manufactured by Weber Aircraft, which is the same company that manufactures SQ and EK's Economy seats as well. Only thing is there are no USB ports on the KE seats.

The new seats are already starting to be refitted in the 777-200ER, as well as on the 77W that KE is receiving now.

It's wierd that they didn't start launching the new seats earlier because they've installed the new J and Y seats on 777-200ER's since late last year. I guess they wanted to wait for the Kosmo Suites too

                should preferably be merged.

Looks 80% similar to SQ. I love the big screen on 300ER

looks nice. very similar to SQ and EK's seats but with Thales IFE instead of Panasonic.

anyone else having trouble search IFE programming info for the KE 777-300ER flights (KE082; wed, fri, sun)?? i always get errors in the KE website

The IFE looks nice, although I prefer Panasonic's. Are those USB ports next to the remotes?

Has anyone rode KE's first 777-300ER yet? I'm curious to know what the new IFE is like.
