Title says it all. crazy good fare for those who are in the area, especially with the explosion in premium fares to asia. eva's new premium laurel class is very nice too. this can be booked on eva's website. $300 refund penalty. Hong Kong, Macau, Bangkok, Manila, HCM City, Hanoi, Singapore, KL, Bali, CGK and Surabaya final destinations are $3226 AI.

Thanks, taipeiflyer! I don't envisage being in the vicinity of SEA anytime soon but would like the opportunity if convenient to try BR sometime. I know BR have their own FFP but do you know if you can credit the flights to anyone else ?Comment

i know you can credit fully to continental... although i don't know why anyone would want to credit to that s#!tbox airline. i also believe, that in certain circumstances, you can credit to ANA. However, I think this only applies to codeshares between the two airlines, which would not be applicable in this instance.Comment

BR does have fairly high redemption levels (135,000 miles from asia to America and Europe in J class during non-peak seasons; higher limits for travel during JAN01-JAN10, JAN29-FEB15, JUN25-JUL05, AUG25-SEP05 and DEC15-DEC31). However, they offer quite a few opportunities to earn free miles (i.e., setting up an online password, credit of a couple thousand miles on your bday, etc).Comment

Interesting the fare difference between SQ and BR.
I know SQ does not have the SEA-TPE route, but the business class fare for SFO-HKG is at least double the fare of BR. Makes you wonder how EVA is able to do it.
