We have already recieved the payment and I am issuing the ticket right now. We'll be sending the paper ticket to you tomorrow through FEDEX. Will give you feedback tomorrow as to when it will arrive to you.

Fedex tried delivering them last Thursday, however I wasn't home to receive them, doh.

They came by again this morning, and I now have in hand my shiny new ex-MNL DONE4 - all 5 booklets, 20 coupons written in the neatest handwriting I've ever seen.

So to anyone contemplating an ex-MNL oneworld global product, Airesources - AA's GSA in MNL is quite professional at issuing them remotely.

Unfortunately paper tix will be extinct from 1JUNE so I shall keep both my ticket stubs as souvenirs...
