I had a few flights on AF in Dec which were not credited with the mileage, and for some reason the online retro claim couldn't work,
so I called the AF SIN office, hoping to get an address to post the boarding passes/Etix etc to.
Instead the staff got the details from me over the phone, and said she would take care of it within 24 hrs.
Sure enough, the miles were credited nicely the next day.
Outstanding service from AF !
