Virgin Australia - Domestic Flights

Hi

Has anyone taken domestic flight via Virgin Australia? I'm going to fly from OOL to MEL in July via domestic with my family and I can't seem to find an option on meals.

It says snacks is being served on domestic flight with a in-flight menu where you can buy off it. So, does 'snack' in this case mean just coffee, tea, water?

I've tried calling Virgin hotline but i've been on hold forever!

Just wanted to manage expectations - if there's no meal for the kid and my 75yo dad, I'll make them eat at the airport before boarding

"Snack" means something like a prepackaged muffin or small savoury snack, as well as a limited choice of beverage: tea, coffee, water, maybe juice. There's a small range of snacks available for purchase - prepacked sandwiches, chocolate, nuts, etc.

I would definitely eat before traveling. Don't remember what the options are at OOL, but they're likely not very extensive.
