Why is Cebu Pacific Such a Horrible Airline?

I am sorry but I have to agree with some of the comments in that article. Notwithstanding the tight family control over the airline, it is still a reasonable airline charging reasonable rates. Not the best airline in the world, but you get what you pay for. I flew Cebu Pacific on SIN-MNL last September and I can attest that the flight was great and the service was acceptable.
