Wow indeed!
Then again it was her own bad experience with CX, when many of us can expect
it to be miles ahead of BA in many ways, so a message to inexperienced travellers around the world: never judge an airline by a single experience, especially if it isn't yours. Still, the condition of the lavatory is unacceptable on any airline or any class, even more so for a premium cabin on
a supposedly 5-star airline (again a load of junk from a certain organisation that's now only good for some GREAT humour
).
