    EVA Air starting June 2012 is launching new Business Class inflight product, dubbed as “Royal Laurel Class”. From 02JUN12, The Royal Laurel Class will be debut on Taipei – New York JFK service on board Boeing 777-300ER three times a week initially.

    The airline plans to reconfigure its entire Boeing 777 fleet with Royal Laurel Class seating, which features 38 full lie-flat bed/seats, with length up to 2m. Boeing 777-300ER Configuration with new Business Class is C38W63Y211. Layout in Royal Laurel is 1-2-1 instead of 2-2-2.

    Looks like a slightly revised version of the CX's seat, in which case they're definitely going along the right track...

        If I am not wrong, looks like the new QR business seat with slight variations, probably share the same manufacturer.

          Looks like a very good J product. Another interesting option for Asia-USA.

            Looks nice. Again, another variation of the Cirrus seats installed first by US Air on its A330s. By the way, these are also similar to the seats being installed on DL's B744s.

                With the slew of excellent new premium cabins entering the market this year (except LH and MH's underwhelming new products) I can't help but wonder what SQ has in store for us next year, some of these new products put up a tough fight to SQ's long haul J. I wonder if they'll still be able to release something ahead of the pack like they did in 2007.
