The middle seats....
Sorry didn't make it real flat...
But it still had space between the seat and the back of its in front seat when it became the real flat bed...

The GA product looks lovely so far. I am CONSTANTLY amazed by the trip reports I see here. SQ are ditching all the little things, and Garuda is responding by ADDING them. If these trends continue, Garuda will be a superior carrier to SQ in terms of service, just need the long haul network to be a bit more extensive.
I'm agree with you...
Now GA is my serious alternative carrier to SYD beside of SQ, I'll be very happy to ride their A332 again in any day....
IFE controller... (Btw, who need the controller if we have the touch screen IFE??? Maybe just for a back up???.....
Ahhh..... I forgot.... It's for the games!!!)
The battery powered noise canceling head set...

For this A332, GA's using Thales system, different from their A333 and B737NG which are using Panasonic system (that's what the purser told me about their IFE... Good knowledge of her... )
The IFE monitors are in the center arm rest, and it's touch screen.
The IFE it self quite extensive.
Indeed it's still can't be compared with SQ or EK, but still it is quite a show case for GA.
It's consisted of 52 of movies (12 of cartoon/comedy, 9 of romance/family, 20 of drama, 9 of action/adventure, and 2 of other), 41 of short features, 8 radio channels, 130 of music albums, and 25 of games.
Not bad for GA....
So, let the pictures speak for them self....
The first 5 movies of the cartoon/comedy category...
The 2nd 5 movies of the cartoon/comedy category...
The last 2 movies of the cartoon/comedy category...
The first 5 movies of the romance/family category...
The last 4 movies of the romance/family category...

In the past, Garuda's flight attendant would never kneel down to talk to a passenger. This is almost like an SQ girl only missing the Kebaya. Well, that should come soon in October when the new Kebaya is rolled out.
Now I come to the dilemma part....
I took a lot (I mean really a lot) of seats' and IFE's pictures....
And between them, some pictures of the amenities features of the flight....
Should I put all the pictures here, or just choose the basics and informative one?
How I arrange all the pictures here???
Will anyone read it if I put all the pictures here???
So many question here....
Thanks for sharing your trip and a rundown of the ENTIRE GA IFE
Now I know what you really mean when you said you took A LOT of pictures

Yup.... Now GA is getting better and better.....
My only hope is they keep on do this improvements, and soon we'll see GA as one of the leading carriers in the world....
I have only been on their B738NG. The IFE programmes offered on A332 looks more extensive and varied.
B738NGs were designated for domestic and regional routes, so they have less option of IFE compare to A332s or A333s which were designated for medium to long haul routes.... (that's what the purser said to me when we had a chit chat on board SYD-CGK flight)
GA has an interesting meal timing for this 7h30m flight...
Lunch was served 3 hours after departure.
Before and after that, we were being offered some snack and refreshments, consisted of cookies, snacks, sandwich or cup noodles.... (why cup noodles always taste good at 32.000feet?? )
Soon after we were airborne, the FA offer us some drink from the menu.
I chose Martebe again...
And it's came with some amuse-bouche and mixed nuts....
I always had this kind of mixed nuts every time I flew them. I think it's GA signature nuts. And it's taste good.
It's came from Garuda Food company (different company, not related with GA at all... )
Love the detail on the plate....
GA's new chinaware are product of Narumi. Nice design and quality.
