  • Rural Thailand by Bus - a new division of SQ?

    Hi Guys!

I wouldn't normally write a trip report about a bus journey but take a look at this photo:

Something very familiar about that logo on the front of the bus!! I decided to blog about this trip, and I have included a few shots I took in the village I visited in North East Thailand. This is my partner's home village and although I have been a couple of times I really should get up there more often. It's very peaceful .

Please visit my blog to read the full report:

    thanks for reading!!!!

Wow! USD10 for upper deck on SQ.

Who'd have thought that was possible!

    Thanks for sharing!

Uh oh, sqdazz, you just provided evidence for 9V-SIA's nightmare scenario ('SQ travel becomes a glorified bus ride').

Start saving your J eyeshades so you can don them to avoid seeing the dress code there, 9V-SIA.

Thanks for the excellent trip report. I also have one to write soon on my most recent trip to Thailand in June 2010. And yeah, I also noticed the SQ-like logo on some of those buses I saw in the Bangkok Bus Terminal.
