I couldn't leave on a Friday, and I had to work on Sunday, so I could only do short haul this time.

Thanks for the wonderful trip report jjpb3.
It brings back fond memories of my time living in York and doing frequent trips to Scotland.
It has always been one of my favourite places in Great Britain.
At one point I even considered to move to Aberdeen but..... Canada it was.

Just recently I was thinking to do a RV trip to Scotland and Ireland with the familiy, now I want to do it even more.
