Hey Mr. Nickbot were you allowed to choose the cook level of your steak? (eg. Medium rare, welldone..etc)? Tenderloin is the next softest part second to Fillet Mignon, so your steak should've been soft even though well done.
UNLESS! From looking at your steak I assumed it was cooked in a George Foreman grill or one of those grills that clamp down on your meat. OR precooked on a grill and reheated.
