There's another kind of nightlife there too

I wasn't just referring to nightlife. It was just simply too quiet in general. Pace of life there seems pretty slow. I like busy cities with lots of activity. I'm also not that into history, culture etc when I travel so I suppose I found it boring as there's not much else to do other than sitting at the beach.

But I suppose the things I pointed out above appeals to others.
