      Incidentally, I just BTC'd the Lobster Thermidor in JCL on my SQ 972 last week. It appears as Classic Lobster Thermidor on the BTC menu and does live up to its name with a classic sauce and a nice Gruyère cheese crust. Quite delicious, it was served with saffron rice.

        My last experience of BTC-ing the "Slipper Thermidor" in JCL (SIN-HKG) was also quite good.
