That's the Municipal Airstrip in Belize City isn't it ?. I recongise the red spotted 'bricks' seperating the 'apron' from the car park.

Yes, indeed it is.
That was in Belize City, which is a rough place. There was a policeman checking all all vehicles enterin the city. Was told there was en escapee that day. he he he Having said that, I just came from San Ignacio, an even worse place. So, I was thankful.Comment

He he I was travelling with a group of 12 but had to split in two for the flight. The Nazca lines were well worth it. Peru was amazing. There were farmers riot when we went; tires burning in the street and rocks blockading the street. One day we made a hurried departure from Colca Canyon around 3am.
