I even feel doubtful now whether I am worthy enough for SQ. Well, if I am an airline employee and seeing a pax flying in F JFK-FRA and LHR-SIN, I certainly would kneel down and apologize for missing the bag, and I would like to please the pax by listening to his chat. Well, even when I mentioned about my running for Life PPS... he seemed not interested. Too bad.

With regard to feedback on PPS from SQ reps:

1. An Indian station's Airport Manager (young Singaporean guy, very nice, actually) simply stated that SQ felt that there too many PPS members, should be exclusive. Told him I am going for SEN - he even mentioned that he saw my LH FF# in the PNR, before I told him!

2. Flight steward inbound agreed wholeheartedly about us being short-changed (and you too CGK - he remembers one who is always carrying the L-V bag, right? ), and agreed with me that SQ customer service on the ground sucked totally...nothing like the experience in the air - it's awesome!

LH SEN lounge at T1 which is also for First Class is very crowded the whole evening. There is an option for "dinner before aboard" but I am not that interested. Would rather have my dinner in the air.
