ZRH has a large *A/SEN lounge on the upper level in the main terminal area that will be the best to use. Its a large place on numerous levels, including a smoking bit up top with what is claimed to be the world's longest airport lounge bar!. Never showered there but presume they have them.

FRA has a few lounges dotted around, best to see what gate you are going from and find the closest one. I tried the ex control tower lounge in A for the first time a few weeks ago and the view was fantastic, if you can get a window seat. You won't be going from over there though so unless you've got a long time in transit you won't have time to go there.

Didn't notice any showers in the LX SEN lounge when I was in ZRH - I think there are showers in the Business lounge however.
