As an outbound SQ passenger in FC (no Star Alliance status), do I have guest privileges? I know I can't take anyone into TPR.

MSPeconomist: Yes, you do - however if you're intending to guest me into SKL F, I need an onward *A boarding pass to get in (which unfortunately, I won't have... as that ticket is a stopover in SIN until mid-Dec).

I can try to do a quick hello, but I'll be arriving/likely exiting through T1 as I have quite a few errands to run at home after 10 days off before going back to the office on Tues morning...
