Booking flights through Amex Platinum Charge Card

Just wondered if anyone has booked flights using the card above. The marketing blurb states discounts etc if you do just wondering if its pie in the sjy discounts on the most expensive rates or actually worth it.
The card is not cheap annual fee wise but does seem quite useful.

The definitive answer is it depends on who you're booking with, for when, and for how many people. I presume you're booking ex-SIN?

In which case, the answer is generally... 'not a huge difference', but it depends on the above factors.
