Clever to a degree, but not necessarily all good news for Apple - apparently the interest in the new iPhone will/is taking focus away from the iPad (well, certainly the version minus 1 that has been released so far).

Well, the conspiracy that my friend puts across is that this could be just another grand marketing effort to draw the gloss back to iPhone. After all, its becoming a little stale, as my friend puts it, as even grandmas are using iPhone these days
