  • Asian LCCs vs. European LCCs. All the same?

Service wise, are they all the same? Or can we expect something different from everyone?

Sorry! I accidentally posted this thrice. My bad

    ----------------

Personally, I see that there's a better chance of being treated well when flying on an Asian LCC. Not to say that all European LCCs are lousy though

The Vienna-based LCC "Fly Niki" that belongs to the AirBerlin group is actually very good. I just took it up to ARN for the first time and it was like waaaaay better than any intra-european flight on LH, even in C. i never took an asian LCC tho, so no comparison here.

      Up-sides on Niki:
      - free softdrinks
      - free sandwich
      - free drink refills
      - good service, nice FAs
      - cheap. vie-arn one-way 20euros
Home is where your heart is.

I take it you'll choose Fly Niki over EasyJet and Ryanair anyday?

Nah, this one just popped up. I see a lot of complaints about service levels on Ryanair, but less so on AirAsia, Jetstar and Tiger Airways

Not European, but South American. Gol Brasil (which incidentally now owns Varig) is a great low-cost airline. Structured as an LCC, but with full complimentary beverage service onboard (including local wines).
