MH have good pilots who blog or write abt their experience - for those who may not know of this site - this CPT Lim have flown for MH for many years as a B777 CPT until recently and now is flying for Air Asia. His site is very comprehensive on all about flying :

Too bad SQ does not allow its pilots to have his site or blog as any pics of SQ's aircraft or its personnel are "not allowed" without written permission first - hence nothing from SQ pilots.
