    Authorities in Ho Chi Minh have determined that a build-up of methane gas in an empty cavity beneath a car park driveway was responsible for an explosion at the Caravelle Hotel on Saturday evening.
    Methane gas under the car park? what are they doing? keeping cows down there?

        Quite !!.

        As pointed out to me by a few out here ; if they don't want you to know what happened, you won't.

        I just spotted this particular gem in one of those articles:

        According to a policeman from the municipal police department, there was no evidence the collapse was caused by an explosion. Police have excluded sabotage from possible causes, the official said, and there was no sign of a gas leak.
        Genius - pure Vietnam !.
