Thanks for the various links. I do like NRT. Those ever so efficient organised airport workers wearing their hats and the bowing as the plane push-back process is completed.

Yeah, I always so appreciate the way that those Japs did, four ground staff go along with the push back, 90 degrees bend down the body, salute making, waving hands to say goodbye until the aircraft leave the apron to the taxiway.....
