My favorite passport holder is made by Goyard. Well made, comes in different colors, have slots for my FFP cards. Hand painted monogram.

I really like the Braun Buffel one that SQ sent me 6 years ago.

I'm quite happy with my Alexander McQueen-Samsonite from years back. Doesn't come with a card holder but two triangular side pockets on the inside. Slim fit

The Ghurka link doesn't seem to show the inside of the holders?

Question: don't you guys find it cumbersome having to take the passport out of the holder everytime you pass thru immigration. I've not found one immigration that hasn't told me to take it out.

Perhaps they didn't quite like the feel of my holder's faux-leather.

SIN doesn't usually take it out - the biodata page isn't tucked into the side pocket for the new Malaysian passports so they can easily place it on the scanners.

                      YMMV.

Never had to take it out at HKG or SIN, but always at LHR and some times at other airports around the world.

Using a Louis Vuitton holder, from their epi leather range. Fits 2 passports and loads of room for cards.
