Is it possible to obtain a phone log of received calls for a landline from SingTel?

Does anyone have experience with this? I don't even know which department to approach.

Yes, you can get a log of not only incoming but also outgoing.

I think if u signed up for paperless billing, u can get to see your call log for the last 3 billing cycles for free.

You were totally correct with retrospective as you were looking back. Retroactively means to try and back date an action eg if you were looking to get your current rate plan back dated three months then that would be retroactive.
