i guess so.
But its pretty rundown
lots of algae in the ponds.

Yes, it is open and there is free admission. Nearest MRT stations are Buoena Vista or Harbourfront. Next year there will be a MRT station right in front of the place.

confirmed open - i pass by it almost every other day tho havent been in it for a while.

Directions, get off at Buona Vista MRT,
- cross North Buona Vista Road via the overhead padestrian bridge (signages are aplenty and quite clear) towards direction of Ministry of Education (MOE),

- and hop on board Bus No. 200 - tell the driver to let you know when bus arrives at Haw Par Villa (aka Tiger Balm Gdns).
