Successor Restaurant to 555 Villa Thai Restaurant (30 Cosford Road)

Does anyone know what has happened to the site of the former 555 Villa Thai Restaurant, with its great view of the 02L/20R runway. I heard that a seafood restaurant is opening at the site. Is this true? I miss my beers, engine roar and aircraft take-off/landing sightings!
