  • Can anyone tell me what airline is this?

    Hi eveyone,
I was at the terminal 1 viewing mall this morning and spotted a aircraft with a green lines running down the back of plane and at the tail it had um...sort of a palm tree logo?
Could anyone also tell me why Air Zimbabwe and Biman Bangladeshairlines had flights from last night but have not departed till now?
    Any help would be great!
    Thanks!

Air Seychelles does not have a palm logo. Hmmm... Air Madagascar had one, but I don't think they are flying to SIN anymore.

Quite unlikely to be BR too as it only arrived at 11.44am. Unless soarbeyond's morning is refering to late morning/early afternoon.

              Saudi?

I spyed a 747 at LAX last weekend in livery that looked a lot like Saudi's but the name on the tail read "Kingdom." I'm thinking it's a personal/corporate jet belonging to Kingdom Properties/Investments or whatever it's called. Must be nice.

Yeah, so it is highly possible that it is EVA air then.

It's Kingdom Holdings. Owned by Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, the Saudi billionaire. I saw it at Riyadh and Doha before. The difference is that the Saudia tail is blue with the golden palm and crossed swords. Kingdom Holdings is some sort of desert beige/creme with the logo in green (which if i remember correctly is a combo of "kingdom" in arabic and english with a palm in the middle).

Didn't remember Alwaleed's bird being so white. Must have the desert grit that made it look deserty looking. Had a good look at it in Doha in late 2005. I was on the tarmac seeing off a Qatar Royal Flight bizjet which incidentally had a cabin crew of S'poreans.

SQflyergirl knows everything, doesn't she? I didn't even know such an airline existed!

The Kingdom Holdings 747 is the private jet of Prince Alwaleed. KH is not an airline.
