There is a shop that sell Singapore stuff (I saw it in T3) but I am not very sure if they sell the item you want, you can check there.

as in the blue batik kebaya (the blouse and sarong skirt combo) worn by the SQ stewardesses? Just get off a cab or MRT at Chinatown and you can have plenty of choices, i'm sure. Never occurred to me to find out how much they cost tho
