Where to buy a sim card at 6am in Changi?

I arrive on SQ 61 at 5:45am and wanted to buy a SIM card, preferably StarHub at Changi.

I know UOB money exchange has them, but they don't even open on Sunday. Is there any where else I can buy in Changi at 6am on a Sunday?
