Terminal 3 pay-for-use lounge

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a pay for use lounge in terminal 3? Passing through Changi a couple of times in Dec but as a lowly non-status economy flyer i'll be hanging out with the masses!

Of course it goes with out saying that Changi T3 is simply amazing so a joy to be in anyway, but if there is a lounge i'd be interesting in taking a look.
