Catching SQ 16 to SFO at 9:25am on a Friday

Dear All,

How early should I get to the airport to catch this flight. We are a family of 4 with checked bags and staying on Orchard road at the Lanson Residence. My initial thought is to leave the hotel by 7:15am.

Do online check in first which can be done within 48 hours of departure.

Since is on a working Friday, & from Orchard Road, best to leave there around 7am-7.15am.

Give some allowance for peak hour slowdowns, or rainy weather, or if an accident happens, this might cause congestion.

And at the airport, when you deposit checked bags, there might be queue too since lots of people do online check in nowadays. And 9am-10am departures is peak period, so expect lots of passengers around check in counters.

Arrive at the airport early is my advise - there are many shops around Terminal 3 for your kids to spend their time too.
