Gym in Tokyo ??

Hi, I'll be in Tokyo later this month and would like to use a gym. Can anyone please let me know if you're aware of any gym in Tokyo that allow "pay for access"? ie. I can pay for a one-time use. It'd be even better if they rent attire and jogging shoes. I'm OK if it is in a fitness centre or in a gym within a hotel. Thanks !!!

There are "Golds Gym" all over the Tokyo region!
